Sun Seekers resort will be coming in Oct and is just 6 miles south on U.S 41. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf enthusiasts. Home has an outdoor seating area to relax and soak up the Florida sun, High speed wifi access for remote work and entertainment, fully equipped kitchenette for cooking.
