Stayed there for two days. The place is in a nice quiet neighbourhood, close to the sky train and a strip mall. Check in was easy and painless. The price was fair (paid 114 a night). In terms of cleanliness, the place had a strange odour that was consistent with wet wood or mold. I kindly suggest to the owners to find a solution to it, but overall it was a satisfactory stay.
The property is a little bit outside of Vancouver located. Cleanliness was good, however the walkway to the privat access and driveway was unfortunately flooded thru rain during our stay. Wet feet and dirty shoes included. Public transportation takes roughly an hour to downtown, next train station and stores are within 10-15min walking distance. There is also a Park&Ride ($3 daily), if you donât like to walk.
The interior of the room was a little bit old but still functional. Only an electric heater (fireplace), no AC. Bed was comfortable.
The property is good if you are just looking for a place to sleep.
This property is very clean and has all the amenities necessary for extended stay. Available small appliances include refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and counter cook top. A portable washer is also in the unit with lots of space in a walk-in closet for drying clothes. Cleaning products are available as well as some personal items. The neighborhood is quiet with trails.
