Parking was a struggle, no carts are ever available, when booking there was no warning of half the hotel having no air / HVAC system not functioning and it has been a issue, and have no means to correct it anytime In the near future. Our room was in the 80s , and I was given the option to take a smalller room in the historical part of. The inn initially over the new part with no air And poor Ventilation. I chose the smaller room with air but then when given the key I was given one of the rooms with no air anyway and told it was a error and now they can't . Itbe following day I asked what they are doing to accommodate our for the poor quality rooms that are 80° especially at the high expense from these rooms. I was told I was given a discount or I have yet to see that.

This hotel was extremely noisy at all hours of the night. I stayed for two nights. The first night there were two weddings just down the hall from the rooms. The wedding guests were yelling and pounding through the halls all night. In addition, a staff member hit my car in the lot overnight. I came out to find a police report under my windshield. I thought that the hotel would have at least contacted me before I went out to find the back of my car destroyed. When I contacted the manager, nothing was done. I actually had to call him twice because he didn’t call me back. All he said was that an incident report was filed and that was the right thing to do. Won’t be returning anytime soon
