The property itself looks as displayed online. We were initially pretty excited to start our trip, as it was our first holiday in years. However, when we entered the master bedroom, I noticed the bed sagged. We kneeled on it, to test it and it dropped right down. This was not a good sign. We unpacked hoping that we would still be able to be comfortable. That night was the worst night I had ever had, in any hotel or vacation spot. We both rolled into the middle, as the bed sagged terribly. To make matters worse, the springs were rubbing into my hips and ribs. My body hurt so bad. I got up and moved to the other bed, hoping it was better. It was just as bad. Then I moved to the sofa bed. This was just as bad unfortunately. Then I moved the sofa bed mattress to the floor, no luck. Then I put the sofa mattress on the queen bed to try that. At 330 am, I dozed off, out of exhaustion & woke up in pain. When we explained that the beds were awful, and we needed to leave, we were told that because I had back issues, I would not get a refund. However, my husband also struggled to sleep, it wasn't just me. lf I stayed at a hotel, I would not be charged for my whole week. So,for that ONE NIGHT we paid for 6 nights. That is not right to do to a customer. We are 100% disappointed with the lack of customer care. Even a partial refund would've helped as we now had to pay for another accommodation. It's pretty sad when a paying customer gets treated this way.
