The home is so beautiful and right on the ocean that couldn’t have been better. The only improvement would be to change the toilets out they are a bit out dated and hard to get off if if your elderly like my parents .

Wonderful vacation at Ocean Oasis

This is the 2nd. year we have stayed at Ocean Oasis. our group loves this place. Everything is very clean and the view is wonderful. We enjoyed the covered back porch and the beach is just a few steps away. Hopping to book again in 2026

Wonderful on-the-beach house!

I was looking for a great beach house for a much needed vacation....and this was it! When they said this house was beachfront, it absolutely is! It was so nice to just be able to walk right out the back down and the ocean be right there. The house was even better than the photos made it seem. It was hard to have to leave when the trip was over!And the property managers made things very easy. I never had to contact them with any issues, but the instructions they gave for everything was very thorough. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I would love to stay here again!

Perfect Location!

House was clean and perfect for our family trip with my sister's family and our parents. The apartment above the garage was great for the teens to have their own place. The views from the kitchen and family room were gorgeous, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. Our favorite part was the fabulous patio overlooking the beach. We loved watching the sunrise each morning and the beautiful stars at night. They had lots of beach toys and we left several new boogie boards.We were there during Spring Break, so I was worried about how busy the beach would be, but we had the entire beach to ourselves, except some fishermen that set up every morning. On Saturday, it was a little busier, but not too bad. The house is far enough away from the condos that the beach isn't crowded at all. It felt like a private beach. The house isn't updated, but it is very nice and clean. We loved it and will rent again if we take another trip to Daytona.

Great location

Couldn't have a better location. There were some minor things that didn't work but the management company was very responsive. We never had an issue getting in touch with someone. I did expect nicer furniture, etc, considering the price, but everything was functional.

Wonderful family time

Our family had a wonderful time. The location, right on the beach was wonderful. The home is not new and updated but it was very clean. From the pictures we knew this going in so we were very happy with the home. We had great breezes every day which meant we really enjoyed the covered area every afternoon and for dinner. We would definitely recommend this home!

Cousins getaway

It was very nice to be right on the ocean. It was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunset. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing is you have to be careful when walking down the steps to go to the beach due to the sea grass that is around the steps because of the Florida law the sea grass can not be touched or trimmed so it makes it a little tricky to walk through it other than that it was a great place to stay at . The beach was not crowded at all and it felt like you had your own personal beach, I will be back.

This was a wonderful house. We had all the family together and it was wonderful. It is set up so nicely. No problems at all. The view and outside sitting area was great. Each and every one of us had a great visit. We will differently be coming back.

Family Florida Trip

We had the perfect trip and stay. Beautiful ocean front home that was well maintained and updated. Hosts were extremely organized and enthusiastic as well as communicated efficiently and timely. They were extremely accommodating during check out when our flight was delayed. Will recommend this organization and home for friends and future stays.

Perfect for our family. Immaculate property has everything you need. Many surrounding homes had suffered severe damage from recent hurricanes. Beach was lovely. Would stay here again.

We didn’t get in at check in time at 4pm due to 3 ladies cleaning the house. We waited about 45 minutes before the ok and it was worth the wait. Floor was still in drying process but you could tell they had done an outstanding job of cleaning it everywhere. This is 5th different rental and by far the best we’ve been to. Pictures were exactly what you get when you arrive

Excellent Property

We booked the VRBO for a week. It was just to have some family time and take part in the Disney Marathon. The location was a little further than what I had hoped but worth the drive. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a nice big kitchen and common area. It all stepped out onto a large patio which overlooked the ocean. Our first day we did have a problem with construction workers showing up early to work on the garage. When we contacted the management at Ocean Realty they immediately spoke to the owners and had the work rescheduled. They were quick to respnd and take care of our concerns. The Ponce De Lyon park at the end of the island is a nice walk and has lots of wildlife. We spotted dolphins and turtles during our stay. Definitley a great place to stay and enjoy the ocean waves.
