So close that you can see the surf and feel the spray, but at gulf view prices. This adorable cottage is furnished in the seaside theme providing charm throughout. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer located downstairs, cable TV, wireless internet, wood floors, and phone. There is also a screen porch and a sundeck for listening to the sounds of the gulf as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The water's edge is literally just steps away via the community access. You will never want to leave!
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath soap.
All of our homes come with WiFi
You must be 25 years or older to reserve.
No events are allowed.
Reservations Canceled/Reservations Changed: A minimum fee of $150.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) will be charged on the reservation total of a canceled reservation only if the property re-rents for the same time period and at the same rate. Changes in a reservation, whether to the same property under different dates or changing properties altogether will be treated as a canceled reservation. In the event the property does not re-rent for the same time period and at the same rate, all monies paid to Cape San Blas Vacation Rentals, Inc. will be forfeited.
