We enjoyed our stay in Robin's Perch. It's clean and quiet, and Robin has thought of many details. She lives downstairs and is friendly but not intrusive -- gives her guests space but is helpful and responsive if you need something (which we did). The location is good: out of the main hubbub, but just a short drive to Water Street (downtown) attractions, an excellent food co-op, the Farmer's Market and historic Victorians on the hill, the boat yard (enjoyable to explore), and Fort Worden. We rented e-bikes from NW Solar Rover (in parking lot on Water Street, near intersection with East Sims Way), and rode west on the Larry Scott bike/hike path (eastern section of Olympic Discovery Trail), which starts at the boat yard.
