Location was planned

We attend Soul in the Algarve and all hotel properties were sold out and I came across this property. It is on site and we had access to pools and restaurants, including beach club. Property was easy to find as I asked hotel for map. Key box for one key on premises. Quiet location. No air con but rooms were cool. Fully made kitchen, dining area lounge is massive. 2 balconies. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Property was a little dated in the decor, some chipped tiles etc but spotless clean. Everything you needed was there. Location is great and communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely go backvery clean.

Leider hatten wir keinerlei Infomaterial bzgl. WLAN, Müll, Pool oder auch Umgebung. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass wir 1 Woche kein wlan hatten. Wir mussten erst mal den Router suchen. Dann fanden wir verschiedene Passwörter, die letztendlich alle nicht gestimmt haben. Bzgl Pool haben wir aus Bewertungen rausgefunden, dass wir Armbändchen brauchen, um den Pool zu benutzen. Die unfreundliche Dame von der Rezeption erklärte uns dann, dass der Vermieter uns nicht angemeldet hat. Nach RS mit diesem erklärte er uns, wir sollen uns dort quasi reinschmuggeln. Wir haben daraufhin keine Lust mehr gehabt und den Pool nicht aufgesucht.Wenn wir Fönen wollten oder 2 Geräte gleichzeitig starten wollten, flog ständig die Sicherung raus.

Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Ausserdem auch sehr ruhig mit phantastischer Strandlage. Unsere Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand und komplett ausgerüstet. Diverse Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert ist es, einen Leihwagen zu haben, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

le logement proposé n'est absolument pas celui sur les photos de l'annonce, sur les photos on voit une maison de plein pied isolé au milieu de la verdure alors quand réalité c'est un immeuble de 11 logement au milieu d'autres immeubles assez bruyant il est à 750 mètres de la plage et non à 50m et le parking et à 300 mètres ensuite globalement la propreté et l'intégrité du logement laisse a désirer prise électrique sortie du mur avec les fils électriques visible très dangereux pour les enfants, une chasse d'eau HS obligé de verser un sceau d'eau pour évacuer nos commissions... Le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas bien.. pendant deux jours il était a 12c alors qu'on l'avait mis a fond donc impossible de conserver des éléments sensibles comme de la viande ou du poisson surtout par forte chaleur.Beaucoup de moisissure sur les coins et le plafond des salle de bain.A notre arrivée le ménage été fait à moitié sol plein de sable et sale, petit sac poubelle avec je crois une couche dedans laissé à l'entré...Mais le pire ! C'est quand a choisi ce logement pour la piscine et le sauna qu'il proposait mais attention !!!!! Vous n'y aurait pas accès !!!!!! Car le logement se trouve dans un resort géré par une société il faut des bracelets comme dans un camping pour accéder aux installations mais ils refusent de donner les bracelets car d'apres le personnel le propriétaire ne paye pas ses charges donc bloqué l'accès aux arrivant du logement.. fuyez!!

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und gross. Die Sauberkeit war nicht besonders gut und es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zugang zum Pool wurde uns nicht immer gewährt, da es der Gastgeber nicht geschafft hat, uns Armbänder zu besorgen.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Anlage

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt hier (zumindest jetzt in der Vorsaison, im Sommer kenne ich die Preise nicht), wir können die Wohnung und v.a.die Anlage mit kleinen Einschränkungen definitiv weiter empfehlen: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und insgesamt gut ausgestattet (die Elektroheizung und ordentliche Decken waren für diese Jahreszeit abends wirklich gold wert), hätte aber durchaus mal eine Renovierung nötig (Bäder, abgeplatze Fliesen auch am Boden, Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig). Eine Grundausttatung in der rechg neuen Küche (Salz,Pfeffer,Essig,Öl,Zucker, Spültabs) -wie in 98% unserer bisher gemieteteten Objekte üblich- wäre wünschenswert, das haben nun alles wir besorgt und dagelassen. Mit einem Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse hätten wir morgens draußen frühstücken können, so war es leider schon zu heiß in der direkten Sonne und auf dem Balkon ist erst nachmittags Sonne. Auch ein Wäscheständer für nasse Badesachen würde die Wohnung noch komfortabler machen 😉 Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Einige Informationen (z.B.wie kommt man an den Schlüssel, wie funktioniert das WLAN, wie muss der Müll getrennt werden, um den Pool nutzen zu können muss man sich z.B.an der Rezeption melden...) hätten wir uns ohne extra Nachfrage/Aufforderung gewünscht. Da der Vermieter aber immer recht schnell geantwortet hat war es nicht so schlimm. Die Anlage ist wirklich toll und der Strand wohl einer der schönsten der ganzen Küste! Sogar einen Aufzug zum Strand über eine kleine Bar gibt es. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im hintersten Teil der Anlage und bietet keinen Meerblick aber dafür einen schönen grünen Innenhof und zum Pool/Meer sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu laufen, dort kann man den vollen Blick genießen! Den Pool können wir leider nur bedingt empfehlen: er liegt zwar unglaublich schön direkt an der Steilküste und ist schön groß&tief aber die Liegen sind unverschämt teuer (15€/Liege (nicht pro Paar!)/halber Tag!!) und selbstmitgebrachte Strandstühle dürfen nicht benutzt werden. Bleibt also nur das Handtuch auf einer sehr stacheligen "Wiese" (eher Feld, richtig dicke Halme) was nicht so angenehm ist - daher waren wir nur am Strand. Auch ein (recht gutes) Restaurant und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es in der Anlage, größere Supermärkte und sehr viele Restaurants kann man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Sollten wir nochmal an die Algarve kommen werden wir definitiv wieder diese Anlage buchen!

Appartement très bien situé

Nous connaissions Alvor et ses environs, et nous recherchions particulièrement ce genre d'emplacement. La résidence est superbe, avec un accès direct à la plage, avec piscines à proximité. L'appartement est grand, bien exposé avec ses deux grandes terrasses et très pratique avec ses deux salles de bains. Quelques points négatifs : 1) nous avons été attaqués par les fourmis qui logent dans les plinthes de l'appartement, et qui se faufilent partout, même dans les lits, malgré nos efforts pour les repousser (l'aspirateur mis à disposition ne marche pas !). Notre fille de 4 ans a été littéralement dévorée... 2) attention, les photos (maisonnette avec pelouse) qui sont mises dans l'annonce ne correspondent pas au logement. Il s'agit d'un appartement en rez-de-chaussée, fort agréable certes, mais il ne s'agit pas du bien proposé. 3) Une dernière remarque, les robinetteries des salles de bains mériteraient d'être révisées. Impossible d'utiliser la pommeau de douche. 4) Le ménage semblait être bâclé, nous avons retrouvé des cheveux, des tâches sur le canapé, des auréoles jaunâtres sur les oreillers et les couettes... Mauvaise impression de ce côté. Malgré tout, nous avons quand même passé de très bonnes vacances en famille ! Le personnel de la résidence était très aimable et le propriétaire s'est montré réactif à nos demandes d'informations. Très bon spot à découvrir.
