Magnolia is a spacious, fully private villa set on a 6,500 m² estate in Algarve Park, within a National Ecological Reserve—perfect for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and a close connection to nature.



Surrounded by lawns and well-kept gardens, the villa offers stunning views: to the north, the Barrocal Algarvio; to the south, gardens, the Alvor estuary, and Meia Praia’s sea, all visible from the large porch—ideal for outdoor dining.



Enjoy a large Roman-style pool (12x6 m, heating available for an extra fee), an outdoor jacuzzi at 38°C (optional, available for an extra fee), and several leisure areas for adults and children, including snooker, table football, gym, giant trampoline, sand court, table tennis, darts, badminton, giant chess, and PlayStation 4.



The location is excellent: 3 minutes from the N125 and A22, 7 minutes from Palmares and Penina golf courses, and 8 minutes from Meia Praia. Ideal for walking, cycling, and birdwatching.



The house features 7 air-conditioned suites, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests. For larger groups, extra beds and a triple bunk bed in an area next to the games room are available.



The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwashers, fridges, microwave, oven, hob, espresso and filter coffee machines. Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout, 65” 4K Smart TV, Bluetooth sound system, outdoor barbecue, and bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for children).



Included services: bed linen and bath towels on arrival.



Important notes: Saturday arrivals only from June to September. Pool maintenance on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 8:00 am (approx. 30 min). Garden maintenance on Saturdays, 8:00–11:00 am. Pool/beach towels not provided. Guests are responsible for waste disposal.
