The quality of the rooms varies. This time the bathroom needed some work. The faucet in the bath was very loose and seemed about to come off the wall. You could see where the wall units used to be in the shower and there was no place to put toiletries or a wash rag in the shower except on the side of the tub. The caulking around the tub looked awful. The heater in our room was VERY noisy - sounded like a crackling fireplace every time the blower came on.

The hotel hallways and lobby might make you feel like the hotel is dirty as they are dingy but the room was very clean and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was great. Lots of variety

the breakfast as to variety was good, but the food in the warmers was cold every day. We did not receive maid service the entire stay, even after notifying the hotel of not maid service. The drain plug in the tub was closed and no easy way to keep in open when taking a show, so the tub filled up with water pass the ankles.

Room was clean and well stocked! Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. Nice and strong. We did bring our dogs and they were extremely kind to the dogs and helpful. They have a pet area that also supplies poop bags. We always travel with a container of all our dog stuff which includes a bunch of poop bags, but it is nice to have when you were out The breakfast is good. Eggs, omelettes, biscuit and gravy, cereals waffles, and coffee.

The room was very clean & staff were wonderful. HOWEVER, It's been years since I stayed in hotel. There were towels but, nothing for the kitchen area. A coffee maker/ microwave/fridge. Paper cups 4 coffee. NO PAPER TOWELS or any item to clean area. (water frm sink always ended up on drainboard.. used bathtowel). NO PAPER PLATES.. or SILVERWARE. Had I known about that, I would have brought my own stuff. Because of holiday housekeepers were very limited & it was late... I wanted to get to bed, so I didn't call to see if anything available. HAD DESK CLERK asked me if I needed any of those items, it would have been nice. PS: I have food restriction so brought some of my own.. expecting there would be silverware. Good thing I had one of my own spoons in the carrier. Also, no soap for the shower. The one on sink too small to use on body.. kept slipping out of hand. Shampoo containers.. no body soap. Room was nice/ desk clerk nice. Supplies.... not so much.

The floor was not clear of debris, especially near the base of the bed frames there were crumbs. The room also had a distinct odour that was not cleared from presumebly the previous guests. The toilets at the hotel in general are weak due to age so be weary of how much you flush at a time. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
