The front desk staff was rude and short when we checked in . We did not feel welcome . The room was nice and clean . Breakfast was ok, very offensive to have a sign with ‘one plate per person’ only. Felt watched by whoever is in charge of the breakfast room. The cleaners were the nicest people. Will take my business somewhere else next time , where people are treated nicely .

Right next go train tracks.....LOUD! Pet charge policy unclear during booking. After paying non refundable booking was then informed of the pet charge. With that being said the charge is a reasonable $15 but should be disclosed prior to being charged.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. The coffee in the lobby was cold, breakfast was not available when we left the hotel at 6am. The hotel charged us an additional $14 per night to park on their property. We should have been made aware of this additional fee when booking.
