At first we were thrilled by the size and the appearance of the property. Itâs beautiful.
And my compliments end there. The text communication with customer support was frustrating, starting with all the work they asked me to do to fix a TV not working after I diagnosed the problem (no Roku in the TV as indicated and promised). Quickly realized the central AC wasnât working. Tried to sleep with windows open the first night, awakened over and over by the noise from bar across the street and someone vomiting outside at 4am. Brought this to the attention of customer support & was told they knew it wasnât working thatâs why they put two portable units in the houseâŠ. Itâs 3 stories, the one bedroom with the portable unit stayed cool. The rest of the house never dropped below 80 degrees. The portable unit in the kitchen was âinstalledâ in such a way that the hot air was blowing back into the kitchen.
Incredibly dissapointed. Especially with all of the text messages asking me to give a 5 star review after all of the unhelpful text messaging all weekend.
Would never have booked this place if the AC issue was disclosed.
The house and neighborhood were nice and would recommend. Unfortunately the a/c did not work for the entire stay. We totally understand that things happen and our group makes the best of the over heated situation. Management was activity in trying to remedy the problem and brought in a couple of portable a/c that helped. Otherwise, our group enjoyed the property and would recommend for others when the hvac gets fixed.
