I used Valet parking and it was good . The attendants were very cordial and helpful. There was no bellhop so the Valet helped us to get to our room. A bit pricey but I guess that's the going rate.

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. We had to juggle a bit of the reservation and the staff was very, very patient, worked it all out for us, all with smiles. I was so impressed. Also needed maintenance in the room for a very small issue. The person was sent up immediately, was super-friendly, and fixed the issue right away. Even the staff at valet parking was wonderful and friendly. I love the people at this hotel and am really looking forward to returning.

Underground valet parking made me happy! Finch restaurant was fabulous. I had ahi tuna. The staff is excellent too. My corner room was even more than I expected. Overall one of the top hotels I have stayed in.

Beautiful older hotel. No pool, but the rooms are spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The only thing that I recommend are to install safety rails in the shower, otherwise excellent!

We stayed for 2 nights over my birthday weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room, a King Suite, was large and well appointed. The sofa would benefit from cushions and i'd rwather see a desk than a table and 2 small armchairs in the sitting room but that's just me. The king bed was very comfy and the decor is whimsical in a tasteful way. I highly recommend.

Unexpected Royal Experience

Stunning and Kitchi room. Really played up the Royal theme. Luxury linen, mattress and bath products were quite the indulgence. It is in a great location downtown with easy accessibility to any number of food and entertainment options. The Staff at this hotel were kind, energetic and incredibly thoughtful. I would not recommend the in house breakfast option, but with so many other local favorites around it is not a deterent.
