This was a great house in a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located near everything we needed during our stay. Everyone in our group was comfortable and had plenty of space. The host was exceptional with communication and having everything we needed in the app made access to information that much easier.

Good communication. The property was clean, the fenced yard was great, the covered deck was lovely. There were space heaters in each of the bedrooms, which were needed, but when two were on at once the circuit blew. Otherwise it was fine.

This was an excellent place to stay with 3 kids. We loved the play area and overall spacing of rooms. It allowed for parents to sleep in a separate place from kids. We experienced a few challenges: no salt provided, no spongee in kitchen, and the bathroom smelled of mold. There was a delay in response when we texted our needs, and were repeatedly asked to check the drawers to make sure we didn't miss a stone that was available (which wasn't). We only had a few hours to spend in the place and the repeated questions to answer pretty basic needs was frustrating. Overall, however, it was a good place to stay and I still recommend it.

Very spacious with large fenced yard. One shower leaks though. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location was perfect for us. We were there for a family event at my sister’s home which was less than a mile away.

Two of the seven scheduled people to stay and split the cost had to leave and find a hotel room due to the AC in 2 of the bedrooms was not even close to efficient. Paid for a pet fee to have one of the guest have their dog with them, they hot for the dog to even stay no adjustments was made. Ice machine plugged up toilet plugged up when we arrived into a hot house. layout of house was awesome. Very comfortable great location. Just way too warm. Even the creamer that was left in a dish on counter was curdled.

We came for a dog show and the yard was just what the doggos needed to stretch their legs after each night. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and everything was as advertised.

Overall very pleased

The property is fantastic, it has a large yard, beautiful deck, and ample parking. The interior is as pictured and described, ample dishes and dish-wear. Spices and coffee were also available, nothing special but made things easy on day one when we weren’t settled in. The location is very convenient, right off Highway access making it easy to go on excursions, splitting the difference between Portland and our primary location of interest of Forrest Grove. The main drawback is SW 91st is rather busy, and the driveway is right below the crest of a somewhat blind hill. This makes for challenging merging at times, and advisably easier entrance to the property when traveling east. Noting an item that needs immediate attention is the shower floor in what I’ll call the primary bathroom. This is the bathroom located by the cluster of three bedrooms. The floor around the drain is completely failing and needs replacing. We took specific caution when showering. The bathroom off of the kitchen does not have a solid door seal so water pools outside the shower next to the toilet, this isn’t an immediate issue but should be addressed. Lastly, even with the heater in the converted garage, the two teens sleeping in there did get a little chilly. Aside from the one shower issue this was a fantastic experience. We all agreed we would stay again.

Cozy single level house

We had a wonderful time in this house! It was so cozy and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved the personal touches and overall modern interior design of the house. Our kids loved and enjoyed the huge front yard. They also provided more than the basic toiletries, the home has pretty much everything you will need. Management was super helpful and always responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommended!

Fit our needs well

Most was as advertised, but Reno seemingly not quite finished (no handles on bathroom vanity, kitchen sink faucet quite loose, sectional couch quite damaged with stuffing/coils exposed). However it fit our needs quite well and despite it being on busy street, the location worked very well for us

Family House

The house is nice, it had everything we needed. We did struggle with getting help from what i think is the property management company. When we arrived the house smelt of either cat pee or dog pee, i believe it was from the previous owners and before the renovations. The part of the house that was clearly an add on does not have heat so there were space heaters in the room to help, but the space heater was not working. I addressed these issues with the property management and they said they would resolve it by sending someone with a fix for the heater and air fresheners, but then nothing happened.
