You’re steps from local favorites like Screen Door, Canard, Petite Provence, and Whole Foods, with easy access to countless indie boutiques, brewpubs, bakeries, and hidden gems along East Burnside, 28th, and Sandy. Walk through leafy streets, sip a craft latte, or catch a show at Revolution Hall—all within blocks. Whether you’re visiting for work or play, this is one of Portland’s most walkable and vibrant areas.



Getting Around:

🔒 Privacy + Sound

This studio has a locked connecting door near the bathroom that links to an adjacent townhome. The door stays locked for studio-only bookings and your space is private, but sound from neighboring guests can carry through the shared wall/connector. Reviews have mentioned hearing neighboring-unit sound through the conjoined door/thin walls. Light sleepers may prefer earplugs or white noise.



🪑 Compact Setup

There is no separate desk or TV. Seating is two bucket chairs with a side table, so the studio works best as a simple walkable home base rather than a full remote-work setup.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
