Shower head was not functioning well. Breakfast took long time and food quality was so-so. Only one waiter works during morning breakfast time. He was complaining to everyone and was very stressed. Not a pleasant experience for any customer to start the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Joesph at the front desk was friendly and was very helpful with directions to get to the Moda Center. The shower was nice and hot and the room was spacious. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Would stay here again!

I really enjoyed my room here. The bed was very comfortable & the room was a good size. The lobby was cute & the bar was nice & convenient. The hotel was literally a 7-8 minute walk from everything- a great location. I wish the front desk would have informed us that we could request a mini fridge when we first arrived because we didn’t know until the next day & there was no mini fridge in the room. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed so we did not end up eating there.
