The only aspect of my stay that I found less than satisfactory was the liquid soap dispenser. Since it requires being pressed by hand for the soap to be dispensed, guests must touch it with unwashed hands, which poses a hygiene concern. I would prefer a touchless dispenser that allows liquid soap to be used without direct contact with the container.

Room was unfortunately not available at the 3pm check in time. Was made to wait almost an extra hour to check in. Hotel was very clean and nice. Would’ve been a 10/10 if check-in was on time. Disappointed because it caused delay in reservations I had.

The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always welcoming. I liked the variety of food that they had at the breakfast area. Some places will say that they include breakfast and give you an apple and orange and maybe a granola bar or some muffins, but they did a really good job of making sure there is a variety each day Plus it’s really nice to have the lobby. Include a pool table and some other games and activities you can enjoy I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked like it was nice.

We travel at least 8 times a year and this hotel was the most welcoming and accomodating hotel that we have ever stayed at. We couldn't have been more pleased with our 5 night stay.

Great hotel! Very clean and great reception. Very frustrating that they wanted to charge $34 for travel eye solution when it cost $4.99 at the 7/11 a block down.
