Conservação da estrutura careceu de mais cuidado nos acabamentos, móveis apresentando desgaste aparente e claramente notávies, cheiro de mofo no quarto e limpeza precária: toalhas manchadas, cabelos no box e no banheiro, teias de aranha nas luminárias… flat com imenso potencial para ter uma experiência ainda melhor, por conta da localização, história, perto de tudo.

A minha experiência com o flat foi de altos e baixos, pelos motivos: De início o elevador não estava funcionando e acredite dos 4 dias em que fiquei hospedado lá não o consertaram... e em se tratando de prédio antigo a escadaria é terrivelmente estreita, apertada e desnivelada; A acomodação é ótima, porém as roupas de cama tem cheiro ruim e o ar-condicionado é repleto de sujeira. A avaliação positiva vai por estar próximo a vários atrativos culturais do centro histórico de Porto Alegre, se está indo a passeio e não se preocupa tanto em ficar no flat lá é um ótimo lugar.

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Açores Design. A localização pra mim é muito conveniente por causa do meu trabalho e também para descer para jantar ou dar uma caminhada. Também tem boa relação custo x benefício. Contudo, ele não muda: os quartos continuam os mesmos e a depreciação é evidente, a limpeza é péssima e vi baratas várias vezes no meu quarto; o café da manhã conseguiu ser exatamente o mesmo nos 5 dias da hospedagem (até o sabor do bolo!). Tem como melhorar...

O quarto é confortável e tem um ótimo tamanho, mas fiquei no primeiro andar e, mesmo sendo domingo, havia muito barulho externo. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Ainda assim voltaria a ficar no local por estar próximo de muitos atrativos e também pelo pessoal.
