Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience.

De forma geral o hotel e bom e pessoal muito respeitosos e simpaticos, porem diz que tem estacionamento, mas apenas tem 6 vagas e o cafe da manha abre as 6:30 mas chegando as 6:40 ainda nao estava pronto.

Excellent property

Wonderful 3 day getaway in Porto Alegre. The hotel is smack in the center of everything. Walking distance to major attractions, market place, shopping center and main square. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area yet quiet and peaceful property. Wifi worked great and breakfast was adequate and lots of variety

This hotel is very well positioned and I thought it was very good value. I booked the premium room which was fine, overlooking the theatre gardens and the church. the breakfast was fine for me - as I only eat fruit but there were plenty of other things on offer. I would definitely re book. There is a gym and a free shiatsu massage. Free wifi which works. very central

Solid business hotel at Primo Tourist Location

A hard core Latin American mid-range business hotel. Location is unbeatable if you plan to tour the myriads of downtown Porto Alegre attractions. Located at the entrance of a small local shopping center, the hotel's bar and coffeeshop is also one of the higher-end coffee shop / bar in the mall. If you go into the mall and down two levels and out to the street, turn right on the ornament stoned walk and you're at the center of Rua Da Praia tourist-walk ... with Museu de Art do Rio Grade do Sul Ado Malgoli, Santander Cultural, Paco Municipal, and then the charming Central Public Market. Turn left and you'll be going through Museu Hipolito Jose da C, Casa de Cultura Mario Q., Military Museum, Igreja N. S. das Dores, and ending in the Re-vitalized power plant as a cultural center at the edge of the water - Gasometro! If you walk out the front door and across the street, you're right at Theatro Sao Pedro, followed by the beautiful dome'd Catedral Metropolitana - together with many other historical building, libraries, and museums clustered within short walking distances. From the hotel's location, Uber to and from ALL extended tourist regions are very affordable from this location.... Cidade Baixa, Bom Fim, Lima e Silva, Moinhos de Vento, and Menino Deus. Hotel itself is well maintained. Has safe in room, hair dryer, and a work desk and chair. Well thought out for business with free WifI and plenty of 110v blade recepticals together with local 220v 3-round prongs.

Quick Overnighter in Porto Alegre

It was not unpleasant. It was a place to stay, take care of business and move on. It had the basics and located at the entrance of a mall it made comfortable to find coffee shops and eateries. As they had no in-house service. Which was a bit surprising being Brasil. It is a lean service other than that I have no comment.

Hotel bom, bem localizado, quarto grande, limpo. O café é bem básico, mas atende. A internet teve problema para conectar e isso foi um problema e deixou a desejar, pois é algo tão importante hoje para um hóspede que utiliza internet para tudo.

Primeiramente cheguei no sábado pouco antes das 14 horas e fiquei um bom tempo na recepção pois estava vazia, fiquei esperando até alguém aparecer para fazer o check in. Ducha a noite bia, quente, pela manhã não esquentava de jeito algum. De morna para fria sempre. Domingo orjs manhã saí por volta das 11 horas e deixei na porta a placa solicitando a organização do quarto. E ainda solicitei para a atendente quando sai. Para minha surpresa quando voltei apenas recolheram o lixo, não arrumaram a cama, não limparam umas sujeiras do chão.

Pedi um quarto superior. Contudo, colocaram-me em um que era em frente aos elevadores sociais e ao lado do elevador de serviço. Como sequer tinha carpete nessa parte do corredor, acabava ouvindo tudo que acontecia fora. Por ser um quarto superior, no mínimo esperava que fosse posicionado numa área de mais silêncio.

Localização ótima, acomodações ruins.

Escolhi o hotel por conta da localização, pois ficava próximo a um evento em que eu iria participar. Portanto, localização e atendimentos excelentes. Funcionárias simpáticas e prestativas. Porém, a acomodação deixou a desejar. O chuveiro era péssimo e não funcionava, saía um fio de água quente, o ar condicionado era super antigo e também não esquentava, estava uma noite bastante fria; e não havia cobertores suficientes, precisei solicitar na recepção. O café da manhã também era bastante mediano, o básico do básico. Para uma noite apenas, dada a localização, eu até voltaria, se não fosse o chuveiro péssimo que não me permitiu nem tomar um banho decente.
