This modern 40m² apartment is in a great spot — Matosinhos Beach and Castelo do Queijo are nearby, and the metro is just a 5-minute walk away. Simple, comfy, and convenient — the perfect base for your trip!

You’ll have a balcony for your morning coffee, a kitchen with the basics so you can cook at home, and a queen bed for a great night’s sleep after a day out. Fresh towels, toiletries, and a washing machine are all here to make your stay easier.

We’ll have the place clean and ready when you arrive.

Just a heads-up: The property is in an older building, and like many old places in Porto, the plumbing or ventilation might occasionally act up. If anything gets too annoying, just let us know and we’ll do our best to sort it. We like to keep it honest so you know what to expect — while still enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Matosinhos Sul is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
