This charming 35m² home is tastefully decorated and ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

It is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.

It has open living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. These areas feature a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading to a balcony, perfect for relaxing.

To prepare delicious meals, the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric stove and a coffee machine.

The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The private parking lot is equipped with a charger for electric cars.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Senhora da Hora is a vibrant and welcoming neighbourhood in northern Portugal, just a short distance from Porto. It is a peaceful and residential neighbourhood renowned for its convenience and connectivity.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Via Rápida - Viso, is just a 20-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
