    This apartment can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

    Fitted with a comfy sofa-bed, a flat screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

    The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

    Both bedrooms contain comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

    The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

    The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

    We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

    Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well! It's a live and vibrant street so it can be noisy sometimes.

    The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

    Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
    There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
    Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
    We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
    Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)

    We appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. However, we had several concerns regarding this apartment. It is in our opinion that until these concerns are addressed it should not be rented again. For the price we paid we were disappointed in our stay. 1. We reported as soon as we arrived and had several emails to address the WIFI. 3/4 days we were here we were unable to get WiFi. We discovered that WiFi router should not be plugged into tv because otherwise it didnt work if tv is not on. The welcome sign doesn’t have the correct information on it. 2. Upon our arrival we discovered that either the previous guest or the cleaning crew left the patio door off the hinges and it appeared to be broken. The door leaned against the door frame the entire time we stayed. This was a safety issue. Pictures were sent the first night and nothing was addressed. 3. The shower door in the master bathroom didn’t have a complete seal on either side of the door. This caused water to flow out onto the tile flooring in the bathroom as well the laminate floor in the bedroom. Another safety issue for someone to slip. 4. Not enough towels especially when dealing with water on the floor. This all made for a disappointing stay.
