I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 4 nights as part of a vacation with friends. The location is very convenient, the hotel is in new condition with a modern aesthetic. My room was comfortable and clean. The service by everyone I interacted with was premium, at a level I would have expected at a pricier hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very nice.

A perfect place to stay while exploring Porto. The hotel has been renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining many original features. The location meant that everything was accessible and a great place to return to at the end of days walking.

A break away with friends for our anniversaries

Everything was perfect. Really clean and modern. They gave us a bottle of bubbles in our room to celebrate our anniversary.Super helpful and friendly staff , who gave us great restaurant recommendations .aircon was very cool on arrival but easy enough to alter.Breakfast was great.Lots of fresh fruits and toppings for Greek yoghurt ,tasty pastries and a good hot buffet selection. All that you could eat to set you up for the day. A brilliantly situated hotel.

Our stay at ICON Duplo Ribeira was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is in fantastic condition, beautifully modern and stylish, yet still very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from amazing food options and right by the water, which made exploring the Ribeira area so easy and enjoyable. I would give it a 5 star rating except we were given a room on the second floor where the window faces a stone wall, no sunlight, small and the shower stall was missing a door. The next morning we were offered a much better room, larger with windows facing a laneway with some sunlight. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good,
