Located in one of the most dynamic and central streets of Porto, the apartment is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of Avenida dos Aliados, as well as the main historical landmarks and attractions of the city. In addition, with the metro (Bolhão) right next door, it is also easy to get anywhere in the city in no time. ￫ Building
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Situated in the most emblematic street of Porto, Rua de Santa Catarina, close to everything you need to make your stay a memorable one - several restaurants, cafes and bars, public transport (metro, buses and trains - 10 minutes walk) from the magnificent São Bento station) and also from the Tourist Office.

￫ Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is equipped with a sofa bed for one person and a working desk.
Accessed by steep stairs.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room is modernly decorated and features a flat-screen TV, a double bed and a dining table for 4.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
