Great location, clean and spacious room. You can’t control the room temperature and because it was cold outside, they turned the a/c off. We did have the option to open a window to let cool air in, but would have preferred to manage the temperature ourselves. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

I loved my stay in Moov Hotel Centro. My room was clean and comfy. But the most amazing feature of this hotel is the staff: Mariana, Alessia (HK), my guardian angels Juao and Diago and the night manager.

The review is based solely off customer service, I was not able to make my original check in due to illness , I reached out to the hotel not looking for a total refund but for a possible credit more than willing to come to an agreement not looking for a total refund. When that didn’t seem possible, I reached out by phone call and was told by their representative that the room was still being held until Friday which I could make and would be fair. They changed their mind and wouldn’t help me in any way even though the room was paid in full and the hotel was not full. I checked everyday on their own site and they had rooms. I understand rules but this is just bad business and not fair to take my money not give a partial refund and then not let me finish out my time that was paid for.

Room has absolutely no where to put your clothes - not one drawer - there was a tiny open closet that had 5 hangers with no shelves - we lived out of our suitcase the whole time with our luggage open on the floor as there wasn’t even a luggage holder - felt like I was in a dorm - horrible

Clean room, staff was friendly but seemed short staffed the first night. Hotel was easily accessible but parking was difficult to find as well as park. Extremely narrow entryway so do not suggest if you’re not accustomed to driving in tight spots.

Room was very clean, great location. Staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms are on the small side, but have what you need. We also appreciated the drinking water refill stations on each floor.

We did not eat breakfast however the variety looked good from afar. Seemed to be pastries, bagels .. not sure about eggs. The room was great however we had to live out of our suitcase for the 4 nights of our stay as there was only a small space to hang up clothes and no drawers at aĺl. That made it awkward. Bed was comfortable, room lightening good and very clean as was the hotel facility. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great. Close to the hop/in bus, shopping area and many wonderful restuarants. If you don't mind living out of a suitcase, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. We requested a room change due to a strong sewer smell from the bathroom. They accommodated the change and also gave us free breakfast for our stay. The breakfast is excellent and I was very impressed by the fresh squeezed orange juice machine.

Staff were friendly and professional. Hotel is in a good location, with only a short walk to transit. Only a ten minute walk to a laundromat as well. Old town and many food options are close by. Would stay here again.

This hotel was in a great location, very central. The morning staff were not welcoming or helpful in any way. The room was terribly small. We had to leave our suitcases on the floir as there was nowhere to put our clothes. Breakfast was expensive and sad looking so opted to eat elsewhere.
