Fine stay, not worthy of 5 stars

A fine stay but definitely not 5 stars. Room was large and great bathroom, but cleanliness was somewhat lacking, especially the carpets which were stained and dirty. Hotel itself was clean and modern - rooftop bar was nice. Pool looked good - staff were rude when tried to use it, saying you needed to purchase swimming caps from reception. Not a very welcoming approach to using the facilities.

Very disappointed that having booked two rooms with a request to be close together many months ago that when we arrived to find one on 5th floor and one on 7th. Told not possible to change until 2 days later. Needed taxi yo get ro tourist areas. Very limited dining options in vicinity.
