Our suite was very comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of room. Very quiet and private. We liked the upstairs lounge area. The staff were really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I loved the Claus Porto toiletries. The food in the hotel restaurant, Pot and Pan is fantastic. Fine dining at very fair prices. I would love to come back to this stylish haven.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The view looking back across the Douro River at historic Porto and the bridge was amazing both day and night. Hugo and Roger were excellent ambassadors at the front desk.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel/property is absolutely amazing. The location is on the other side of the river but we enjoyed the walk to the main area in Porto. It was approximately 20 minute walk or a cheap uber ride. It was nice to be away from the hectic area after long days of sightseeing. And you get a beautiful view of centro Porto. Our room was extremely spacious and modern. The rooftop was super cute. Breakfast buffet was so yummy, And every hotel staff we had contact with were just so kind, happy, and genuine. We will only stay here when we return to Porto. Thank you to The Rebello Hotel for the most perfect stay and for celebrating our birthdays. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!!

We loved this hotel! My friend stayed her and told us we needed to book here for our trip…and we are so glad we did. We had the best sleep. Beds were so comfy and it was quiet! It was a little walk or taxi to the main sights but it was definitely worth it for the views and the quiet staying on the Gaia side. The rooftop patio was the icing on the cake! Thanks to all staff who were so lovely and professional.

The hotel staff, friendly, helpful. They helped us plan a route to visit all the sites we wanted to see in Porto. They store our bags and then checkout time they put them in our room. When we returned, we just checked in our bags were already there. They have a wonderful turn down service. And the rooftop restaurant and bar has delicious food and cocktails. The view is unparalleled to see old town. You can see the golden hour, which was dazzling. Superb

Nice wheelchair friendly room. Beautiful view of the Duero river and Porto. Lots of time spent on the terrace enjoying the view with a glass of Port. The hotel put a small ramp on the sliding door so I could easily go on to the terrace. I usually have to ask for this or the hotel doesn't have it. I really appreciated this. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar area with comfortable couches and chairs and they supply blankets if needed.

Lovely location and hotel. Highly recommend. Some issues: Had top floor room with bar above. Very noise clearing tables at 1am. Mentioned to management after two nights of this. They clearly cared and they acted on it. The offer to change rooms was nice but it’s a real faff once you are unpacked and it was unnecessary if the tidy up operation was quieter. They listened though and the rest of the stay was brilliant. The note with a couple of beers didn’t really make up for losing sleep over two nights but the gesture was there. The other is that breakfast was chaotic. Booked in for specific times but it seems most of the guests were there. Food was great though as were the staff. Only small comments so don’t be put off! We would absolutely stay again.

We were a little disappointed. Everyone was nice and the architecture is amazing. But there are a lot of little quirks and slip ups. For example we had to take 2 elevators or two different sets of stairs to get to our room on the second floor. A huge room with amazing view and brutalist furnishing. We arrived early and room was not ready until after 4pm so a nice man stalled while they finally got the room ready. Then he promised all kinds of comps which were not communicated to anyone else on the staff. We waited 30 minutes for attention on the rooftop. One day we arrived at breakfast to find several parties waiting while they mopped the floors and when we were all finally admitted the floors were wet. We got a letter on check in saying we had a food and beverage credit but like everything else this was available only when we showed the Letter on check out. The place has some great features but they could do so much better.

An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience.

Perfect hotel in perfect location

Excellent choice in Porto. Location is perfect, right on the waterfront at the end of the action. View from the room is simply stunning (recommend river view). Staff are friendly and professional. Hotel is super modern with great features and attention to detail that take it to the next level.
