This is a small villa situated in a panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Le Grotte in Portoferraio, is completely surrounded by a garden with an electronic gateway. There is a private access to a small gravel beach ( 300 MT away) with a jetty for the mooring of small boats- Ideal for golf lovers, the house is about 2 km away from the Golf Club Acquabona and 5 Km from the port of Portoferraio .
The Villa Giulia is composed by three double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa and TV, a kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee pot) and three bathrooms with shower. An equipped covered veranda overlooks the garden and the dinning room. The price includes water/energy costs, final cleaning service, bed linen and bath towels. Outside a private parking and a barbecue for the guests.

LA CASA E' ASSOLUTAMENTE PRIVA DI ISOLAMENTO TERMICO E DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA, IL CALDO , SOPRATTUTTO NEL POMERIGGIO E' INSOPPORTABILE, SPECIE NELLA VERANDA A VETRI CON TETTO IN LEGNO, SEMBRA DI STARE IN UNA SERRA. IL PORTICO ANTISTANTE E RICOPERTO CON UN MATERIALE SEMITRASLUCIDO CHE AUMENTA LA SENSAZIONE DI CALORE. NONOSTANTE ABBIAMO AQUISTATO UN PINGUINO PORTATILE NON SIAMO RIUSCITI A RINFRESCARE GLI AMBIENTI. UNO DEI DUE BAGNI PRESENTI E' IMPRATICABILE PER IL CATTIVO ODORE CHE RISALE PROBABILMENTE DAI SANITARI, NONOSTANTE ABBIAMO MESSO UN IDRAULICO LIQUIDO. PER CONCLUDERE LA PRESENZA DI MOLTISSIMI INSETTI NELLA CASA CI HA ACCOMPAGNATO PER TUTTO IL SOGGIORNO.
