Villa delle Palme was a wonderful place to stay, but for those it might matter to, the uninitiated, as we were, while the property is wonderful and the staff warm and friendly, it wasn't a hotel that had things like bell-staff to help with bags (up two flights of stairs). Ultimately not that important, but just something that could be helpful to know. I don't know if it would have changed our decision to stay there, likely not, but worth knowing. The location is beautiful with access to a private beach (once you go down 444 stairs). The area is delightful and the rooms with terraces are a treat. We can't overstate how wonderful, generous and kind the staff was; welcoming and warm.

This Hotel was Amazing! The owners were SO kind, personable and went above and beyond to make our trip (and engagement!) special! Also included Breakfast, easy access from the main road (so not many stairs needed to get there), air conditioning, a gorgeous terrace, clean room and anything you needed from an iron to a steamer was provided! We highly recommend Hotel Villa Delle Palme!

Very clean, beautiful rooms and very friendly staff. Manuela was very helpful in all suggestions. If I ever come back to Positano I’ll stay here again. The restaurants next to the hotel named Sado and The Mediterranean Restaurant are both excellent. Great food and awesome service. Can’t wait to come back!

This property was amazing! It was like staying with family. The property owners were very hospitable, accommodating, helpful, and friendly! The rooms are clean and have a beautiful scenic balcony. It’s an upper Positano hotel and not the most luxurious but we highly recommend it for a wonderful Amalfi coast experience!

What a lovely place! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location a little bit above the lower city, a beautiful balcony view, and incredible restaurants just next door. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! A side note: you can follow the main road up to avoid the stairs, or if you are up for the challenge there are some steep stair shortcuts to the city and beaches below.

Villa delle Palme was amazing! It is in the perfect location to great restaurants, shopping and only about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Very clean, great staff, very comfortable bed. Allowed us to leave our bags there when we got there early and also after check out so we could hit the beach. Perfect stay!

This property was beautiful bright and clean! It seemed fresh and new with high ceilings, a nice large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast was food highlight of our trip every day! Wow! Great dinner restaurants nearby and the location was a nice walk up the picturesque sloped roadway so you don’t have to do stairs if you don’t want to. The hosts were so friendly and so helpful. We were three woman travelling from Canada and we felt very safe and comfortable! Can’t say enough, loved this hotel!

Absolutely amazing hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend on our trip and we could not have asked for a better spot. The hotel itself was lovely - The rooms look much better in person than they do in the photos and the bed is extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel was one of the best parts. They own two restaurants, one right next door and another further down the road that were two of our favorite meals on our entire trip. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book here again if we are back in Positano!!

Fabrizia at the front desk is the absolute best! Our trip to Capri got cancelled due to the waves and she planned an entire excursion to Pompeii for us. The staff and family that runs the hotel are the amazing! Very close to everything and an amazing restaurant next door!
