Park in the rear, unmarked ,not clear where since it is shared. If raining as it was for us. You will get wet due to the distance. Also no help from the staff, poor communication not trained in customer service. Dining …we felt unwelcome since we walked in, 2 employees by the bar, did not acknowledge us so we sat at an empty 2 person table and Rudy asked us who allowed us to set . The women bar renter had a lot to say about he friend issues, x boy friend and other personal concerns that we did not care about hearing particularly since we where at a distance from the bar. Noice room that fit the era but very disappointed overall.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I had booked a room that I thought had fireplace but made a mistake and was a different room. The staff upgraded us to a room w fireplace without hesitation or extra fees. Stayed at many places before and it’s the little things that go a long way, plus Food at their restaurant was delicious.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room was well appointed, bathroom was updated, and bed was comfortable. The stairs were a bit of a pain with our luggage but doable. We ate in the historic tavern and the food was excellent. The front office staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend a stay there.

Beware! When booking this hotel on Expedia it is not clear what property you will be staying at. The Beekman Arms main in is the country's oldest hotel,cand we thought we were booked there. Never having been, we were unaware of the different properties. Our room ended up being in Germond house, a somewhat characterless property a block and a half away, a disappointing surprise. If you want to book at the Beekman Arms itself, go to their website directly. Rhinebeck is fabulous, the Tavern at theBeekman arms was very good, and the inn takes good care of you, but just be aware which property you are booking!
