Lovely room which was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very spacious. Lovely nibbles and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast was excellent, amazing selection for a continental breakfast and also cooked items. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Honestly, our 1st floor the carpet smelled disgusting like they were masking an odor.. room was smaller than anticipated, bathroom had no ventilation, and drilling was happening at 9am right outside our window. Breakfast was great staff was great

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the afternoon snacks were a real highlight — offering fruits, nuts, sandwiches, salad, pasta, dumplings, the soup of the day, and a changing meat selection (we had meat wrapped in bacon on our first day and pork ribs on the second). The room was spotless, beds very comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Getting over jet lag in Prague

A couple nights in Prague to acclimate from overseas travel were ideal with this hotel. Great location, very nice inside and out with an exceptional breakfast.

Truly love the breakfast bar. It has so many options and everything is fresh. Each coffee is hand made by a professional barista. Front desk staff is amazing. We arrived by train; front desk organized for us pick up from the station. We arrived 40minutes late, yet there was no problem with the pickup. As we were about to check out our flight got canceled. I couldn't call from the land line in our room the airline. That was a bit inconvenient, but at the front desk after a failed attempt with the land line I was provided with a local cell phone. The grilled dinner (Friday - Sunday) is okay. Not bad, but only okay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend. Close to Subway, trolley. The market by the Subway on Friday was an absolute treat with a fantastic harpist/singer performing live.

A great stay in Prague!

I would highly recommend this hotel for traveling in Prague! The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my two kids-- ages 6 and 13. There was no noise from other guests that we could hear. The included breakfast had many options, though the dining area was very busy on the weekends. The lobby bar stayed open all night and there was a lot of seating in the lobby to spend time there and relax. The terrace was nice in the summer. The location was great! Close to tram stops and there was a big shopping mall just a couple blocks away.There was also a really fun outdoor food court nearby. It was quite easy to get into Old Town or other popular sites. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I was in Prague. Rates were great. Don't hesitate to book here!

Good location, close to transport links, river, shopping centre. Good breakfast selection and nice having barrister coffee. Good cocktails in the bar, friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel, great places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds, fridge in room and coffee maker.
