We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.
