It is an absolutely beautiful property. Impeccably clean and always well staffed. Rooms are well maintained.Beds are comfortable Morning breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our stay was disappointing due to a significant issue with our room upgrade. We were told an upgrade would be provided but it was never honored. Beyond this service failure, the rooms themselves are small and noticeably dated. The carpets show their age, and the bed was clearly past its prime. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, it's a calm and quiet area, only a quick 10 minute walk to the old town center.
