Despite paying for an entire extra day so that we could get in the apartment upon immediate arrival instead of having to wait until check-in, Pavel made us wait almost an hour outside of the property before he could let us in, citing a family health issue as the reason. And instead of refunding that extra night, he only refunded 12. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, especially the quality of the towels, old, mismatched and ragged. The location was nice, but the entire quality of the space was not as good as it looked in the photos. Water damages flooring, off layout. We wish that we had stayed in a different property. It was not horrible, but it certainly was not what we were hoping for.
