Wir waren über die Zimmer und das Bad positiv überrascht. Entweder wurde hier neu renoviert und wir waren die ersten im Zimmer oder das Personal macht ihre Arbeit sehr gut. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln, einfach Top.

Habitación muy buena, el baño por ser un departamento para cinco personas, creo que debería tener una puerta regular para dar privacidad, y si es posible, la ducha separada

El.sistema para hacer check in tiene fallas y aun cuando solo faltaba pagar el impuesto local como 4 euros no permitio hacer el pago y no fue posible obtener el código, me.cominique al telefono y de muy mala gana me dijeron que no me podian apoyar que tenia que ir al hotel Downton y asi super cansada de los paseos del dia tuvimos que ir mi amiga y yo, en el.hotel me pidieron hasta el.pasaporte pesimo sevicio para un precio tan alto. El desayuno no se incluia en el precio pero me parecio que esta completo y ahi si tuvimos buen servicio.

Wir waren in Prag in diesem Hotel und hatten zu Beginn leider ein kleines Problem beim Check-in, da der Zugangscode für das Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. Nachdem wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen haben, wurde uns jedoch innerhalb von weniger als fünf Minuten sehr freundlich und kompetent geholfen – danach konnten wir das Zimmer problemlos betreten. Das Zimmer selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr groß, modern und sauber. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt wurde. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Trotz des kurzen Startproblems waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Zimmer bzw. dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung & TOP Lage!
