A comfortable hotel with great location

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is next to the old town square, having close access to many attractions. Taxis do not drive all the way to the hotel entrance and hence a short walk over the cobbled stones is required.

Gorgeous property. Our rooms were enormous and very nice. Staff was not helpful at all and often rude at times. The air conditioning in one of our three rooms did not work correctly the entire time we were there and the issue even though four requests were made to fix it was never resolved.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive—nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, exceeded my expectations. Really nice room in a nice and unique hotel. Staff was excellent. Breakfast enjoyable, the restaurant nicely done. Only points not perfect was cleanliness and condition of the bathroom (needs an upgrade) and the noisy air conditioner. But we enjoyed our stay very much and I'd return to the property whenever I'm back in Prague.

Check-in was smooth and although we arrived 3 hours earlier than check in they were able to get us into our room within 10 minutes. The location is prime and the bar was fabulous with a piano and saxophone player the two night that we were there. The room was austere.

Excellent location!

Location is top notch! Right next to old town. Astronomical clock is 5 min walk, Charles bridge is 10 mins. Plenty of food options outside. The attached restaurant has exquisite desserts! We stayed in a duplex which was great value and very luxurious. Breakfast was diverse and sumptuous with very helpful staff. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Seems very family friendly. Noise from the streets could be an issue for some as it is surrounded by pubs and night outers tend to be loud. The bathtubs were very high and people with mobility issues will have trouble climbing in. We would strongly recommend this hotel! The service, food and location all hit the spot!
