I had a lovely stay here. The bed was a little bit hard but other than that it was great. Air con in the room was a life saver during the heat and the fridge to keep the water cool. Staff were lovely and helpful whenever I spoke to them. Breakfast was nice although could get busy at peak time but it had a good selection of fresh fruit and variety. Overall, a lovely stay and I would come back!

This hotel was in a great location. Just a few min walk to the main square. The hotel staff was super helpful. The room was clean and had a nice balcony and A/C. The bed was very hard but aside from that everything was great.

Great central location with private car park to the rear. 5min walk to the metro and lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Staff very helpful and a basic but tasty breakfast offered. Room was well equipped with AC, fridge, microwave and kettle.

I'd definitely stay again!

I had really nice stay here. The staff at the welcome desk were super friendly and checkin and out was very quick. My room was very spacious, clean and modern. Even though my stay was only a few days they daily came and cleaned and change sheets & towels (which isn't very eco friendly but it was nice to see them care). I had a strong wifi service ans the desk only 24 hrs for any needs. I was on the 6th floor but the lift worked fine. Breakfast is the standard continental so no surprises and to be expected. My room was right by the stairs and opposite the lift so occasionally I could hear some noise from other guests but not often as the hotel does have a quiet after 10pm policy. Honestly I can't really complain, the location is in the middle of old town and within 15 mins of all major tourist sites. On arrival they recommended me a bunch of restaurantd/cafe to visit and pdf walking routes that would take me to major sights (eg. The castle) and small more unique sites

Property was loud , my room was next to elevator shaft making constant loud noise. Even white noise didn’t help it! I requested a change of the room but was informed that all other available rooms were also next to the elevator. Do not come here if you wish to get good night sleep before your early flight. Also breakfast needs some work, especially pastry. Czechs do have some good pastry but what you offer is not it! I won’t be back …
