Very friendly hotel - every member of staff was cheerful and helpful. Lovely old building with a huge room. Only minor point was the fact that bar closes very early so no chance of a nightcap!!

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had two very generous rooms. One had its own balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and the other had a spectacular view of the river, Charles bridge and Prague Castle. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. We would definitely recommend The Mozart Hotel.

I really did enjoy my stay in Prague at this property. A great room, a very nice breakfast with plenty of choices, staff was very friendly, and location was spot on for what I needed. Just beware, no parking except either on the street or valet into a nearby garage for about 50 euros per night. If I visit Prague again, I would gladly stay here again.

The staff made sure I had a great stay for my birthday, with Budi from reception making a superb dinner recommendation/reservation for our party as well. Beautiful views of the river/Charles Bridge, very walkable, and excellent service by everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

Great view

Beautiful hotel and we were well looked after by reception. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served before us (and no it wasn’t busy!) Need to up their game in the restaurant but overall a really nice stay with a picture postcard view.

Great staff. Meat Eater restaurant on property was top notch. Dined there 2 of the 5 nights we were there. Excellent location on the river and near Old Town section of the city. We went with standard room. Bed was comfortable and we had lots of living space.
