This cozy two-level house features, on the upper floor, two elegant bedrooms — one double with a private sea-view terrace and one twin — as well as two full bathrooms: one upstairs with a hydromassage tub, and one on the ground floor with a comfortable shower and a romantic little window overlooking the sea, so you can enjoy the view even while relaxing under the water.

On the ground floor, the living room with sofas and armchairs includes a comfortable double sofa bed and a large panoramic window offering a spectacular view of Positano, Li Galli, Capri, and the Mediterranean.
The fully equipped kitchen, also on the ground floor, includes a dishwasher and opens into a spacious dining area. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi in every room, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine — ideal for longer stays.

The furnished terrace of the master bedroom is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a sunset aperitif, immersed in the beauty of the coast.

Just a few steps from local restaurants, shops, and scenic viewpoints, the house is perfectly located for exploring Praiano, Positano, Amalfi, or for taking excursions to Capri or Ravello.

Absolutely stunning home in Praiano, would stay here 1 million more times, Gianfranco, Enzo, and Roberta were amazing people to deal with, in a great area close to beach and restaurants and shops! Stayed with my family of 5 and there was so much room, very clean, very comfortable, and an insane view of the coast with a huge balcony, highly recommend this place to anyone staying Praiano!

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, well appointed, and has an amazing view. We loved Praiano and the slower pace than its neighboring towns. We enjoyed the quaint shopping, great restaurants, and the One Fire Beach (chair prices were for a reduced price jn the afternoon). The house is at street level, hard to find anywhere on the coast, so there is some street noise. We would definitely stay here again!
