On the border of Touraine, this village house offers a large, enclosed, and wooded garden (1400 m²) in the heart of a Berry village crossed by the Indrois River, with its town hall and castle. There is a communal pond with a pétanque court and fishing. Restaurants are available in Saint-Genou and Villegouin (self-service) 10 km away. Just a few minutes away, you can explore the Loire Valley castles, the Beauval Zoo, the Haute Touche Nature Reserve, the Indre à Vélo cycle route, the Brenne Regional Natural Park, and two lakes for swimming.

In Saint-Genou, you'll find supervised swimming, a fitness trail, fishing, and a children's playground. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a fireplace, a living room (TV, radio), a large bathroom, and a toilet. There is also a games room with a ping-pong table, darts, a mini-billiard table, and a foosball table.
