Room was dirty.. walls and baseboards were disgusting. The breakfast looked.and smelt old. Waffle batter was separated. .no milk for cereal. Was charged 20 bucks to check in early tho the room was already 156 bucks.. did a late check out and had to pay an extra 40 bucks . Definitely not worth another stay .. il lpass on this next time

Staff was good. Shower head kept falling down. We could hear the neighbors TV all night. Pool was run down, rusted out door in the pool area. The whole hotel has no smoking signs but weirdly the hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and a ash tray.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Property very clean. Continental breakfast very sparse. We went at 7:45 am, they close at 9, they were out of waffle mix. A few cereal choices, toast, packets of oatmeal, bananas and cuties, a couple powdered donuts, five things of yogurt in the refrigerator. No one at the desk the 30 minutes we sat down and ate.

While it was a safe place to stay, conditions were some of the worst I’ve seen. Paint on the walls was just slapped on, sheets had stains, as well as the curtains, mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were outdated and unclean.

Bed was very hard. Entire hotel smelled too strongly of cleaning solution. Rooms were ugly, boring and stale. Won’t be back. I’ll pay $50 more dollars for something that’s more comfortable and homey feeling.

The paint and plaster was peeling of wall, baseboards very dirty.. the best experience is the front desk employees very friendly and kind. The bedding sheats clean, towels clean.. just a few house keeping tips and maintenance repairs.. I definitely would recommend Americas Best.
