Our first time stay

It was a great place to stay in the Prescott. in the pines, close to town, easy to get too. We plan to stay again. We make 2 to 4 trips a year to Prescott for different reasons. It was easy to make last minute changes to the rooms

Nice, clean, fairly quiet, excellent breakfast! Air conditioner system is noisy, but not untypical for hotel rooms. Cycled on and off a lot. A fewvery small insects were getting into the room and appeared there was a small gap in bottom corner of the entry door. We were in a ground level room.

Excellent shower! The hotel was clean and quiet and felt like it was tucked into the mountains but was minutes away from downtown Prescott. Lots of dining options. We went to the Prescott rodeo (2 minutes away by car) and had a wonderful time.

All good. If you need a ground floor room due to physical limitation to do stairs, don't reserve a 'deluxe' room ground floor as they are next to the pool and will you'll have to take stairs. Ask for ground floor room in building that has the front desk. Front Desk staff exceptional; breakfast food good; breakfast area is a bit small but offers outside patio, too.
