What a great boutique hotel. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Will use this hotel anytime I need a place to stay in Prescott.

We stayed at Forest Villas over the 4th of July holiday. Room was clean, property was nice. Pool for the kids and free breakfast every morning. The Tesla charger was a HUGE plus. Bob at the front desk was very kind and helpful and Paula was delightful. Great people who made the stay even better.

It was a nice quiet place. But Expedia told us it sleeps 3 and it only slept 2. Lots of dogs everywhere. Not all of them were service dogs. So that was disappointing. We don’t want to be bothered by the barking that was taking place across from us and next door. Also found out we paid $100 over what it would have been if we only felt with the hotel and not Expedia . Lesson learned. The hotel did get us a roll away bed to accommodate the 3rd person. Kid loved the pool.

There was a cockroach in our room. We asked for the room to get cleaned and apparently that day a few of the housekeeping quit, which is understandable. But not really. they should have paid the existing housekeeping staff overtime to satisfy the customers.

Quaint. Non-cookie cutter property. Even though we had an upgraded room, the room was small. Nice walk-in shower. They should take the jetted tub out of the room and make that area a sitting area. Included breakfast was so-so.

This place is amazing. I have stayed here several times before and just love the rooms. Each room has an outdoor balcony. The room price is great on expedia. There is a wonderful pool and hot tub. They keep it open until 10pm. They have a great breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausage and potatoes. You can make a waffle if you like. Fresh juice machine. Bob at the front desk was very helpful when I couldn't get the microwave door open. Who knew that the microwave door has a lock on it and you have to press a button to unlock it after you heat your food? Also Paula at the counter was very pleasant to talk to while getting my key to the room. Thanks for another wonderful experience and see you all in a few months.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable with a nice balcony & nice view. Would like to have had an extra table area and for the coffee maker to be in a little more reachable area but they did have a nice coffee/tea bar in the lounge area that was available at all times.
