We’ve stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times. But this stay was not enjoyable because of the bed. The King size bed in room 233 was extremely uncomfortable. The top mattress on the bed was so uneven that both my husband and I felt like the blood was rushing to are head. We could tell by just looking at the bed when we walked into the room that the bed was so uneven that you could see how high the foot of the bed was compared to the head of the bed. The mattress was like sleeping on a bag of lumpy blankets.

Very nice and clean room. The doors are the only problem. They close so hard you can hear your Nieghbors for shut. It’s LOUD!!!!!!!! Who does this. Who installs these doors and WHY?????

Raul welcomed us with exceptional customer service. The double queen room was spacious and perfect for my family. Each area was detailed, making it easy to feel at home The hot tub and pool area at 7 pm looked as if it was just cleaned and refreshed with towels. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

This is a fine place to stay. Great, staff, who are friendly and joyful. The cookies at 6PM are a welcome treat. The breakfast was good. The room had the most comfortable bed. If I could give this last stay 6 stars I would.
