Very neat mixture of original features with updated amenities. "Close" to Whiskey Row doesn't do it justice as it is part of the row. Staff was nice and I would highly recommend.

The property is very old and very charming, however, there are no amenities in the room, except for shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The elevator is the original elevator in the hotel, which is very interesting, however, they need to adjust the door so that it closes properly and is able to be used. Often times we had to climb the stairs with luggage because the elevator was stuck on a different floor. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant on site was great!

Fantastic staff. Great food and drink at the Bistro and Speakeasy. Rooms are classy and well kept. The area is perfect for walking around and enjoying music, shops, food, and drink.

I knew this was an older property before staying there so it has an old time elevator and parking is in a deck a little bit of a walk behind it. Even so, it was very comfortable and fun place to stay not to mention close to many things. Has an excellent restaurant and bar on the first floor.

st michaels exceeded all hopes and expectations! from the vintage lobby to the original 1925 elevator, from the authentically appointed guestroom to the art deco inspired bathroom, the entire experience was like being transported back in time. thank you, st michaels, for a memorable getaway!
