The room was filthy. It smelled like smoke and feet. Rude staff. My girlfriend was sick in the hospital for a week and we don't have a bath at our place less than a mile up the road. We went to go make her a bath and realized the bath stopper didnt work. We called and they said they had no maintenance there at night. So they said the best they could do was upgrade us and give us a different room which is typical. We had to change rooms at 11pm and the room was across a main street hundreds of yards away. So I had to pack the car and move all of my stuff across the street. We get there. Get settled. We go to draw her another bath and there isnt even a bath stopper in the bath of the new room. So I call again and i tell him and he tells me to use washcloths to plug the drain. I told him id rather just get a refund and leave and go somewhere else and he said that there wasnt anyone there that could process
