Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the hot tub and backyard. We provide a self-check-in process for your convenience.
STAIRS: There are 4 stairs leading to the entrance as well as the exit of the home. Guests must climb stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway, but there is a steep drop off so use extreme caution! There is also parking in front of the house. Do not block the neighbors driveways or sidewalk please!
TRAILERS: If you are hauling a trailer and toys, please message me for details on parking.

FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.
ALLERGIES: This is a pet-friendly home. We perform a thorough deep clean between each stay, however guests with pet allergies or sensitivities should consider this when booking.
1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.
3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $25. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.
4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.
5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
