We were room 118, which was fine. But it was right beside the front desk, the carpet in the room was crunchy on the feet. So we wore our shoes it felt very unclean and it was very stained also the shower head was broken, which led to it soaking the floor. Its a huge bummer. So we went to the hot tub, it was pretty run down, the shower head for the pool was so built upnwith calcium it barely sprayed and there was lots of mold through the tile on the tub. It worked in a pinch, but I did expect more for a Sandman Signature, and the price that comes with that

I would like to give a huge shout out to the front desk lady named Ruchika. I told her it was our Anniversary tomorrow and when we came in with our luggage she had a little basket of goodies, and made us a hand made card.😊 Love our room, we stayed in a loft suite.

We enjoyed our stay. They allowed us an early check in as my mom has dementia and wasn’t doing well driving around waiting. The pool is small but clean and enjoyable if you get it to yourself. Staff was great. It was quiet my mom felt safe and the cleaning staff is amazing! Would recommend!

For the price of the room it did not have what it should have example no place to eat like a coffee table or dining table, no hot plate to cook on even though it has a kitchenette, garbage all over the outside of the property, paid $700 for 3 nights, and there was a broken faucet in the kitchen..... wont be staying there again
