I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. I understand that they don’t offer a breakfast like other hotels, because there is a restaurant attached. However, this place does not open up for breakfast until after 8 am.. The hallways are filthy with rubbish on the floors and when I asked an employee about breakfast, she told me to walk to the restaurant only to find it closed. Hotels excuse was “it was a Saturday”. Will I come back…I would have to see if they clean

The suite I booked wasn’t available so we were given a regular room, which after talking with staff they changed us to another suite, they did give us food vouchers which was nice, but the room we were now in had a pull out bed, as the secondary option, not 2 main beds like the room I initially paid for, and when asking for extra pillows and blankets the staff only allowed us to have one blanket, and pillow, when 2 people were to be sleeping on the bed. Seemed like an easy ask that they were not accommodating for after the room I had booked with enough beds for everyone wasn’t available.

We were room 118, which was fine. But it was right beside the front desk, the carpet in the room was crunchy on the feet. So we wore our shoes it felt very unclean and it was very stained also the shower head was broken, which led to it soaking the floor. Its a huge bummer. So we went to the hot tub, it was pretty run down, the shower head for the pool was so built upnwith calcium it barely sprayed and there was lots of mold through the tile on the tub. It worked in a pinch, but I did expect more for a Sandman Signature, and the price that comes with that
