have stayed there previously. in fact husband's excavating company dug footing for place in 1980. checked price on phone, quoted 1 price and site wouldn't accept my card, checked on computer - different price - site wouldn't accept card. phone directly to hotel, was quoted a third price - higher yet, told site hadn't been updated - wouldn't honor published price! so cancelled. booked thru expedia and got it for original price from phone quote. NOT IMPRESSED. when it was renovated, more electrical outlets could have been added in rooms. three - 1 for tv, 1by bed other across room by door - have medical machine and had to use extension cord. would have been nice if hot tubs in second courtyard had been open - not even notice out of order or under repair and big fountain working.

No face cloths even after asking for them. There was no TV remote I had to ask for when and it didn’t work, the brought me three different ones and the last night the remote finally worked. The room was not cleaned and restocked each day we were there. The continental breakfast didn’t consist of eggs or anything, a machine that makes pancakes, toast and cereal. Two positives. 1 the bed was very comfortable 2 the tropical ambience was nice.

This hotel was a disappointment. It is old, requires maintenance and painting, and has stained carpeting in the halls. The staff was unhelpful, and did not seem to care about their guests.the good news was that the rooms were clean.

Staff was nice, but the hotel is neglected. Hot tubs have not worked for a very long time, and are not scheduled to be fixed or open anytime soon. Hotel has potential to be brought back to former glory, but apparently ownership doesn’t share that idea unfortunately.

The staff was very good. I realize that it is an older motel however there needs to be an elevator to the second floor.One desk clerk offered to bring up bags, but he was alone and I was not comfortable leaving my suitcases on a trolley in the lobby. Otherwise the stay was very good.

Great place to stay, very clean room even though the hotel is older, comfy bed, check in fast, good size room. Only complaint the bathroom fan needs replacing, it’s very noisy, annoying.

The checking took 20 minutes for someone to help us check in but they were great after that. The breakfast was not great at alll only toast juice and cereal . But it was quiet and checkout was great .
