The property is situated in a location that makes access to downtown Princeton easy while not being directly "in the thick of it". Very corporate focused and a great option for professionals who have business in the area.

Overall my stay was good. The staff were friendly yet professional. The general cleanliness of the hotel was also good. Though I like to see more detailed cleanliness. I could see dust on the elevator walls and in some corners of the hotel that suggested they need to do some deep cleaning. It was quiet and is in a very safe area. I wasn’t looking for an upscale hotel so it was good overall. I would go back.

Service was terrible . We arrived around 11pm after a long deive and front desk clerk said our room was allowed to be booked in error and they were sold out. After a while she found us a different room type- 1 king and a small pull out couch vs two double beds for my adult son and I. When we got to the room, the sheets for the pull out were missing. The room phone didn’t work so I went back down to the desk and asked for sheets. She gave me one flat sheet and a pillow and said that was all I needed. When I asked for an additional sheet she said the hotel didn’t use fitted sheets and that was all I needed. When I explained that I needed a sheet for the bottom and one for on top of me, she insisted that I could use the blanket in the room (the kind that is not washed between uses) and I didn’t need another sheet. When I pressed again and tried to explain that I needed another sheet, she was clearly annoyed and finally said that she didn’t have any other sheets and that housekeeping was gone for the night. Absolutely no attempt to reach out to anyone else in the entire hotel to find a sheet for me. She truly didn’t care. I was extremely tired at this point and saw that it was fruitless to ask anything else of her. I was truly disappointed in what I expected to be a nice comfortable stay after a long trip.
